Great communication. There needed to be a last minute change to the van due to mechanical issue. Christopher gave us an upgraded at no additional cost. I needed to change pick up driver; there were no issues. PIck up process was very easy. Communication at all times was fantastic - I was never left wondering what we were supposed to do, or how things were going to work.
