Just like new, our family has only used it a few time since we purchased. Main bedroom has a TV and queen side bed with a new mattress! The bunk house had 4 bunk bed plus the table and couch turn into beds if you need the extra room. Does include all of our pots and and silverware when renting along with some hand towels and cleaning supplies.
