We have just got back from the most amazing RV trip in Oregon.
From the very start, Phil made our experience wonderful.
Communication before pick up was brilliant. Phil also helped us when we missed our flight to Portland and had to reschedule the pick up time last minute.
Hand over of the RV was comprehensive and we felt fully briefed on all its features.

He checked in with us the day we booked the RV rental, the day of our departure for pick up and also before we returned it.
