In regards to our rental of this trailer, we had a few issues and I’ve notified the owner of the problems. I was strongly suggested that they put a manual to go with the trailer, which would’ve helped resolve some of the issues we had..
As I told them before they picked up, I was available on text/RVshare immediately the entire duration of stay which renters did not use- most of their things they had issues with could have been resolved with a quick text as it was user error.
Stacie was very helpful it was a very easy experience we had a great time and there were zero issues with returning this RV!

stacie is very rude and doesnt go over anything with her customers. the unit was dirty and she seems very unappreciated for what people are teying to take care of her oroperty. she might want to learn a lesson in customer setvice!
This is very surprising since all communication was immediate and friendly on my end. I have proof of this. Renter had very little broken hard to understand communication- when I could even get ahold of him. He had no previous trailer experience in hauling and returned unit damaged. Trailer was backed into something. I have proof for all of this.
