- No towing with the RV. This includes towing a dinghy, trailer, or motorcycle rack. Speeding is not allowed, always travel at the posted speed limit or below. Violations will be renters expense.
- To avoid additional fees, the renter is to return the unit with all tank levels equal to the level at time rental begins. Fees: Diesel $5/gallon, Propane $75, Black and Grey tanks $75 each
- No cats. Dogs are allowed up to 30 lbs, max 2 dogs. Renter must pay pet fee(s). Violations will cause deposit to be forfeited.
- Coach should only travel on hard surface roads. Dirt and gravel roads are not permitted without prior authorization in writing. Violations will cause deposit to be forfeited.
- Sorry to have to say this, but RV black water systems are easily clogged. "If it doesn't come out of your body, do not put it in the toilet". Please dispose of toilet paper and wipes in the garbage.
RV will be parked in a semi-private area of our 3 acre wooded lot at our home.
