The vehicle was brought to the airport which was very convenient. Michael quickly explained the features and made himself available for questions, to which he promptly responded. This camper van met our expectations with regard to ease of driving and parking. We would repeat.
Our first experience with a camper van was very nice. We appreciated all of the little details that Michael has in place to make the trip enjoyable and easy.

Mike was very easy to work with, quick to answer questions, etc. The listing did say that it had unlimited generator use but there is no generator. If you will be boon docking or just wanting to stop at a park for lunch or something, you can not use the microwave and the back-up battery does not fully support this. It was easy to drive in big city traffic and parking easy.
Even with a couple of glitches the trip was all we could ask for. Michael was quick to take care of any issues. Well stocked with all you need and then some. The size of this class B let's you go and park anywhere. Plus the 18mpg was definitely a big perk. We had no issues on any terrain. Look up Million Dollar highway in Colorado. Will be renting again next summer.
My wife and I rented this RV from Michael for a week of camping and traveling as we rode and drove through Iowa for the Des Moines Register's Annual Bike Ride Across Iowa. The camper was great. We did call Michael with a couple of questions and he was always available and made sure that our questions were answered.
