The camper will be in the driveway you will have access to water if it is warm. As well as electricity.
Set up fee is for hook up. Sewer electric and water.It will be ready to go.
50$ dumping fee will be subtracted from deposit if tanks aren't empty after use. Fill tanks to full and keep running water through until it says empty.
