- No burning man festival or mudding type events . Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $750 fee applies if evidence is found.
- Treat the RV with care-no illegal activity or climbing on the roof. Broom swept, counters wiped down, all dishes clean put away, all garbage removed, all food removed from Fridge.
- Early/late pick-up or drop-off is possible but may incur extra fees if time is available.
- Sewer Dumping fee 100: Towing or delivered no sewer at the site. Clog or over filled black tank $150 charge for 1st hour, +$50 for every additional hour. $350 min. if needs professional services
- Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license. No refunds for early returns.

Natasha was excellent at communication. The camper was very nice! Plenty of room for all to sleep, cook and just enjoy. She communicated every step of the way. The camper was very clean and spacious. Definitely would rent from them again.
