We had another owner cancel on us less than 48 hours before our trip. Mike was able to accommodate us in less than 24 hours and save the trip. He kept in contact the entire time, was very polite, responsive and helpful. The unit itself was awesome and was able to sleep 6 grown men pretty comfortably. I would absolutely book with Mike again.
