Ken was a very nice and communicative person. The RV was clean and in working order. If you come across any issues, inform him and he will help you immediately. I would rent again from him, without a doubt.
While Ken himself was wonderful to deal with and I would give him 5 stars as a person the motorhome itself was 1 star or less. It was extremely dirty and in disrepair. The inside was so disappointing. It was so incredibly dirty, trim and doors falling off, smelled of urine, mouse droppings in the drawers, pet hair and dirt everywhere. If we had the option to leave it we would have.

Great communication, RV was clean, flexible pick-up and drop-off. We also left behind an item in the cargo hold and Ken found it and got it back to us. We'll be looking to book again next year!
