Great rental, perfect for a family of four. Alex was very helpful and responsive. It was also convenient that he had it stocked with everything you could need (paper towels, cleaning supplies, tools, cutlery, pots/pans, etc).
We have enjoyed renting from Alex; we have used the camper twice this year and have another trip planned soon.
This Jayco and Alex were amazing and made our trip wonderful!
The Jayco was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls, 9 & 7, were very comfortable in the bunk beds and my wife and I were good in the Queen. The bumpout was nice to have a little extra space for chilling on a hot day. Towing was easy thanks to Alex's anti-sway hitch.
Camper was prepped and ready to go. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy. Fast response on all communications. A good experience and we do plan to rent again.
Alex was very responsive during the pre-pickup stage, the camper was described very well so our expectations were very good. Alex bought a few extra things for the camper based upon our questions and was very helpful throughout.
The Camper itself was in great shape, it pulled like a champ on all the roads (we visited national parks, so there was a lot off-highway) and we had a great time!
Alex was great to work with, helpful in the process, explained everything and was all around great!
