This was the worst experience we have ever had! The trailer smelled like human waste. The drawers and cupboards were filled with dust. The owner doesn't even know what year her trailer is. Claiming it is a 2024. The title says 2021. This was a last minute trip for us. But rest assured we will never do this again! I will buy my own trailer! We will probably save money that way.
I don’t have much space to respond here, so I’ll keep this direct. As you can see from our many other reviews, we’ve never had issues with cleanliness, efficiency, or the types of complaints raised in this post. That makes this review suspicious, as it is the only one of its kind. For clarity: this renter severely overloaded the trailer, which resulted in a broken leaf spring.
Shanda was wonderful. The trailer was perfect. We made great memories and have no complaints!
Shanda was great to work with, she is very responsive and was flexible with pickup/drop off times. The trailer was perfect for our trip and made it so much easier camping with a toddler. We would definitely do it again!

Easy to deal with, everything worked great. Even came home and ordered me a camp chair like the ones they had in there. So comfortable!
