Joe was amazing to communicate with! After renting an rv each summer for the last 10 years, this was the best and most comfortable rv yet. I would rate it a 10 out of 10!
Our experience far exceeded expectations. Joe is extremely responsive, and the Grand Design is incredible: spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The rig is almost exclusively designed for pull-through spots with full hookups, and if you have that, you are effectively renting a house on wheels (maybe a nicer house than the one you live in).
I can’t say enough good things about Joseph’s RV. It really exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds, blackout shades, awesome sound system, and more. Joseph was so kind to deliver it to our destination on such short notice. He had everything set up for us before we arrived and walked us through any questions we had.
