This RV was great for our family and Martin was very accommodating.
This was my first time renting from RV Share and Martin. Martin was responsive and the videos that he shared were very helpful. When I went to pick up the RV I asked if I could come 15 minutes as I was running ahead and he said that would have needed to be arranged ahead of time. He was very specific to exact pick up and drop off times.

We’re very sorry your experience wasn’t optimal. My wife happened to be running late to you because she was 39 weeks pregnant — I would have assumed you would be understanding.
Now, you were given clear instructions upon pick up. One of them was to return the RV as clean or cleaner than it was being picked up.
The owners were excellent to work with and quite responsive to any questions that we had. The RV was a bit more worn than it appears in the pictures but was clean and reliable.

We need to address several issues we had with your RV. We rented your RV based on your 5- star reviews and we believed it would be in good working order.
- We were charged for a full propane tank when the tank wasn't, in fact, full. You charged us $65.00 and we expect a refund.
