Owner communication was good. This was listed as a 2023 but was very used. Make sure you get instructions for both stoves; the outside stove did not work, and the middle burner inside did not work. The pantry door does not close. The owner kept the deposit based on a tied-up bag of trash that was left. TV does not have an antenna for primary channels.
Unfortunately, this 3 star review was not a 5 star review because we decided to retain $100 of the renters security deposit due to the open trash left behind and urine and dog food all over the floor. It took several hours of deep cleaning to return the trailer back to its very clean condition. No complaints were made during the rental period by this renter until the deposit was retained.
