- No Smoking or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100
- Maximum of 5 guests while vehicle is in operation. RV can sleep a max of 6 persons. Renter is responsible for checking maintaining engine oil, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling.
- No Festivals or Sporting Events! RV must be clean prior to return. Including emptying all tanks, Fresh, Gray and Black tanks. $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. If RV is abandoned renter is responsible for all costs associated with recovery of RV.
- Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.

Our motorhome that was supposed to come out of the dealer for some repairs was not ready for our weekend trip. Brian was so accommodating at the the last minute to get his motorhome ready for us to rent. All went very well with all the moving parts of the motorhome. It was very clean and full of all the accessories you would need to camp. I would recommend to anyone to use this motorhome!
I had a problem with generator my error Brian called me right away and it was after 10 great service
