He was excellent to deal with good with pick up and delivery. The moter home itself needs a little work. Nothing major overall was good. Microwave didn’t work awning was weak.

Great RV, used as a bachelor party pad in the infield at Daytona and everything worked as advertised
Minerva was fantastic to work with. Everything about the RV was accurate and filled our needs perfectly. My only complaint, which is not the fault of Minerva, was that the outdoor canopy was damaged by the previous renter and we had to borrow a tent for our outdoor meals and entertainment. Minerva communicated the damage and was very apologetic about it.
