Rental Rules
- Pet-friendly

- Camper must come back clean if clean fee was not selected. If the camper is returned dirty, the clean fee will be added in full.
- Tanks must come back empty if the dump waste tanks fee was not selected or the fee will be charged. Same goes for any other fee.
- Pets are allowed, pet hair must be cleaned up. Any additional cleaning will be charged at $50/hr
- Any additional trips made out to renter at their request will be charged $2.50/mile.
- If camper is returned late without notice before the reservation begins, a $100/hr fee will be charged.

Spencer was extremely communicative and helpful…the RV was as listed.
That being said, this rental is not ideal for a first time RV renter as there is no instruction list or manual explaining what things the generator is required for vs what can be handled by the solar only or explaining how to work the generator or check water levels etc.
