It is expected for the RV to have some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains etc is a $300 deep fee
Please disclose animals. We ask that dogs please stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone due to damage risk and safety.
Strict no smoking, vaping, drugs or marijuana inside the trailer (just keep it outside please). Fees for evidence of smoking.
For stationary delivery, we level it, set it up and break it down for you! Let us do the hard work and you get to enjoy it. Please no do hook up or move the RV except for dire emergencies please.
When temp. average is 45 or below, or low < 37 during rental the RV will not be allowed to have use of water, grey or black tanks or sink/toilet. Porti-pott toilet provided for free, renter must empty
Generators are an Add-on.
