- It is expected for the RV to have some cleaning done. Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal but if the unit is excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains etc is a $300 deep fee
- Please disclose animals. We ask that dogs please stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Dogs are not to be left inside RV alone due to damage risk and safety.
- Strict no smoking, vaping, drugs or marijuana inside the trailer (just keep it outside please). Fees for evidence of smoking.
- For stationary delivery, we level it, set it up and break it down for you! Let us do the hard work and you get to enjoy it. Please no do hook up or move the RV except for dire emergencies please.
If you are not taking Nomad to a location without guaranteed 30amp power, you are required to rent at minimum the 2000w inverter generator. 2000w will power everything and recharge batteries but will not run A/C. The 4500w and 7500w generators do A/C in summer.
