Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please no smoking inside the RV or within a 15 ft radius. No climbing on the roof. Renter is responsible for tolls, tickets & tows.
- While there is a standard cleaning fee, if there is an exceptional amount of mess (determined by host), an additional $200 fee will apply.
- The RV will be provided with a full gas tank. Please return with a full tank. We can fill it up for you for the cost of fuel + $25 service fee. We can also dump the tanks for an additional $75.
- The awning should not be opened or extended. No towing of any type of vehicle is allowed.
- If keys are lost, there will be a $500 fee that applies.
