The Awning was set up by the owners and it fell down while we were not using it or even near it on the first day. We believe it was damaged before it was delivered to the campsite. I informed them immediately but they still charged me for the $500 dollar security deposit even though they drove it there, delivered and set it up.

I respectfully disagree completely, upon arrival I showed you how everything worked and we discussed the use of the awning and how to bring it in during inclement weather.
Couldn't have had a better first experience with RV Share. Carlos was very accommodating, made sure I understood how to operate everything in the RV properly. He provided a pamphlet with extra details to review so nothing was forgotten. the RV felt practically new, very clean, smelt nice. Generator was quiet enough you'd forget it was even there.
I highly recommend Bourbon Paradise. The camper is in immaculate condition and included clean bedding. Communication with Carlos was exceptional; the camper was set up and ready to go on site as promised. I would not hesitate to rent from Carlos and Kim again.
Carlos & Kim's camper has a great layout and storage. The couch has 2 recliners, and you can walk up both sides of the bed. They delivered and set up the camper. Overall great experience renting from Carlos.

After the first night in the RV a large leak was found in the bathroom. A large puddle of standing water had formed on the floor of the bathroom from a leaking pipe. When I contacted the owner his only response was that something must have come loose during transport. Nothing was done to correct the problem.
