Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Tow vehicle must be at least 1/2 ton truck or larger. No mid size trucks, Jeeps, SUV’s etc as they typically are not rated to tow the weight of the trailer, nor have the stopping power.
- Must use provided weight distribution hitch for all towing.
- Return trailer with waste tanks and fresh water tank empty as well as full propane tanks.
- Must return trailer generally clean. Floors swept, dishes washed, counters cleaned.
- A full water tank is not provided. There are local gas stations in the area that provide free water. Additional information found in provided RV User Guide.
