Brian arrived with vehicle exactly when he said he would, and it was in beautiful shape. We had no issues with the RV and he was attentive to any of our questions. It was an awesome experience, and we will use him again.

My group and I recently rented an RV from Brian through RVShare, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We had reserved this RV months in advance, and our excitement quickly turned into disappointment and frustration.
Firstly, just 48 hours before our trip, Brian informed us that the propane was not working, rendering the fridge useless.
I will be glad to respond to this.
1. The last renter before you notified me two days before your rental. It was not withheld. It was notified as soon as I knew.
2. Communication was always instant and thanked by you many times. I can screen shot if you would like.
3. The water pump was also confirmed to be working with previous renter.
