- No smoking (or vaping) in the RV - any remnants of smell or damage will result in a minimum of a $500 charge to the security deposit. Additional damages will be charged accordingly.
- No walking on the roof! It is just not safe!
- We love Festivals guests and our furry pet guests, but there is a special deposit just for you just to cover any "oopsies"!
- Using the tow hitch is only allowed if fully disclosed. The RVShare insurance DOES NOT cover any damage to anything you are towing, just the RV itself!
- In the winter, we keep our RV's south. Any possibility of freezing temperatures on your adventure is not acceptable without prior approval and paying to winterize the vehicle.

Erika was fantastic! The RV was spotless and in excellent condition, making our trip worry-free from start to finish. She spent about 40 minutes walking me through all the features in detail, which made everything easy to use. Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues throughout the trip.
