We booked this last minute for delivery to an event. Such a smooth and easy process from start to finish. Diane was great prior to delivery and Daniel was super helpful explaining how everything in the trailer worked.

We rented an RV to park in our driveway in order to accommodate a pretty large group of visitors. Apparently the A/C on the unit I reserved was working quite right so Diane upgraded me without charge. The RV was a great hit with the visitors and actually enhanced their visit. Todd delivered the unit - that guy had mad skills!! Diane is a great communicator.
