The RV was delivered and set up before I arrived at the campground. The host went beyond expectations to make sure I was familiar with every detail inside and out. The bed was very comfortable. The whole RV was spacious and had high ceilings. The AC's worked well.
We are trying to decide what type of rig we want to purchase so renting seemed like a way to figure some things out. Chris was amazingly helpful and friendly through the whole process. He walked us through and gave us the run down on everything and the rig is stocked with all the things you would need (minus food 😆)
We fit 3 adults and 2 kids very comfortably.
Chris had the RV delivered and set up promptly and gave a thorough walk through for us first timers. Everything we needed to have a great stay was provided and Chris was very responsive to any questions and issues that came up. He was happy to share his knowledge of the Pigeon Forge area and spots to hit (and avoid) and even gave a perfect restaurant suggestion for dinner one night.
Renting this camper from Chris was a breeze! He is very communicative and responds quickly. We definitely recommend him!
