Chad was extremely easy to work with, very flexible, and quick to respond.
There are just a couple of very minor things I need to mention that needed to be addressed.
1) Faucet - needed a proper terminator, faucet worked, water flow just splashed a bit.
Chad was very communicative during this whole experience. He promptly answered all my questions before booking, before the trip and during the trip. This was my first time renting a trailer and I didn't know what to expect but Chad was very helpful and the trailer was clean and easy to operate. He set it up at the site and picked it up when I was done. Definitely renting again!
I am super happy with my experience over all. The camper was nice, it was clean, comfortable, and it was only lightly worn. But what made it better was the high level of service from Chad. He was very accommodating, supportive, and responsive.
I look forward to renting from Chad again soon!

This rental was overall less than optimal. For our trip in late July we rented one of his trailers with a slideout but he let us know just a few days before our planned trip that this trailer was recently damaged. So he offered his smaller trailer in replacement, no slideout, same price. This late in our plans we accepted it. From the first day we encountered trailer battery issues.
