Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pets - must be disclosed or forfeit deposit. Adult housebroken dogs only. NO puppies. NO cats. Max. 2 dogs. Must crate when unattended. $500 fee if evidence of dog urine. Other damages from deposit.
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping in unit. If evidence of either or any other strong odors you will be charged $399 plus potential forfeiture of entire security deposit at owner’s discretion.
- Awning must be closed if windy, if unattended and at night.
- Separate rental agreement must be signed.
Cleaning fee if renter does not return unit in clean and tidy condition (no dirty dishes, no excessive dirt, sand, mud, no food or smoke odor of any kind).
Tank dumping fee if renter returns unit without dumping tanks.
Refuel fee if unit returned without full gas tank.
