The AC in the cabin of the RV was not working due to an electrical issue that wasn't noticed until we were already hooked up and at the campsite. Talia was very responsive and attentive to the issue and helped me to try and troubleshoot remotely. We couldn't get it working and had to leave the RV running over night, and Talia covered the cost of the extra gas used.
