I don’t think the owner did enough work to get the trailer properly prepared for me for the weekend refrigerator door handle was broken. My wife couldn’t open it the whole weekend the heater for the hot water heater never worked all weekend. She should’ve tested that before I got there to pick it up, and the degree of cleanliness was nowhere near the standard debt. I would’ve preferred.
RV Share was contacted by me to compensate you for your trouble with the hot water and fridge. The rv was cleaned thoroughly inside prior to your arrival. The refrigerator door handle, although slightly a pain to open, is operable. I’m sorry you had trouble with it. The hot water was a simple fix on site of the campground had I been made aware of the situation during the trip.
This was the second time our family of four has rented this RV from Tanya. Very nice travel trailer with bunk house that can be towed with a variety of vehicles due to the light weight.
First time renter and even better, first time RVer. Dealing with Derek and Tanya was enjoyable. Quick responses to any of our questions, clean RV and plenty of supplies left on board if you had forgotten anything. Would highly recommend this RV to anyone starting out or even a quick getaway with just you and your significant other.
