Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- No pets allowed not allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Gas must be full upon return. If the RV is not returned in this condition a $175 fee will be applied.
- If the unit is left in condition that requires excessive cleaning $200 cleaning fees will be applied.
- All late drop offs and/or late pick ups will be assessed a $50/hour late fee, unless approved by owner. If needed reach out if you need to change times, and will check availability.
