Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Dump all grey and black tanks before returning. If not, there will be an extra fee.
- Clean trailer before bringing it back. There are cleaning supplies stocked to sweep and mop the floor, wash the dishes, and wipe down all surfaces. There will be an extra cleaning charge if its dirty.
- Please Refrain from Wearing Shoes Inside Camper.
- Bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and soap. There will not be any provided.
- *Pets are allowed after pet fee but any damages or stains will be an extra fee. Please watch your pets at all times. If found to be pets inside without paying the Pet Fee, you will lose your deposit.
