- Clean trailer before bringing it back. There are cleaning supplies stocked to sweep and mop the floor, wash the dishes, and wipe down all surfaces. There will be an extra cleaning charge if its dirty.
- Please Refrain from Wearing Shoes Inside Camper.
- Bring your own sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and soap. There will not be any provided.
- Presence of pets in the camper without authorization and payment of the pet fee will result in forfeiture of your full $750 security deposit. By proceeding with the rental, you agree to these terms.

Overall easy and great experience. Trailer was set up, running, and a/c on when we arrived. Sean was super responsive with communication . Camper was clean, well stocked with cooking utensils/dinnerware/silverware. Queen bed was so comfortable!

We love renting this camper! It’s our second time we have had the pleasure of renting from Sean. His communication and helpfulness is an A+. The camper is beautiful and having the extra half bath is such an added bonus. He’s delivered and set it up both times. All we had to do is bring our own blankets and towels.
Sean was a perfect host for my RV experience. Not only did he set up my RV with electric, water, leveling, etc... but took me through everything inside and outside so that I could know what to do and where to go to use all that was available for my 9 day experience.
Sean was great to work with; pick up and drop off super easy, super flexible, made sure we had everything we needed, extra tips and tricks, checked in to ensure we were all good.
Sean was phenomenal to work with. He delivered the camper and had it all set up for us, all we had to do was move our personal belongings in. Camper is clean, roomy, and very modern.
