Ben provided the best service and cleanest trailer we have ever rented. Everthing on the trailer work properly (which is a rarity for RV renters). He provides a 20 minute video that covers initial hook-up, floor plan, appliances, and kitchen amneties (so you know exactly what is available - no guess work), and the clean-out and return process. I highly recommend Ben's listings.
