Joshua was great to rent from. Very responsive and easy to work with. A no hassle rent which is the best way to go.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1. Festivals ok, no smoking and no pets.
- 2. Delivery: Within a 60 mile radius from Brighton, MI which is the trailer site, we have a one time delivery fee of $225. Any mileage over 60 will be an additional charge of $2.00/mile round trip.
- 3. Pick Up & Drop Off: No fee 4. Upon return if picking up: *Black and Grey water tanks must be emptied upon return * All trash must be removed from the trailer
- 5. For Delivery Services: Same as above #4. however the Black and Grey water tanks requirement does not apply
- 6. If the trailer is not returned in ALL the requested conditions above, a minimum $250 fee will be deducted from the security deposit
