Joe was very helpful in getting us set up and on our way for our 2,000 mile trip to the east coast. We would have no concerns about renting from him again. The motor home performed as expected, and we really enjoyed our 30th anniversary adventure.
Joe and the RV are Awesome. My mom, nephew, and I, went on a road trip and this RV was absolutely perfect for our needs. We started in Niagara Falls for a few days, then the Georgia aquarium so my nephew and I will scuba dive with whale sharks and manta rays, lastly to wonders of wildlife in Missouri so all 3 of us can dive with sharks.
It was the first time we rented an RV and it was great. RV is new and had all main amenities listed (only DVD was missing but we had our own and I assume most of people don’t needed it).
Joseph always answered quickly and explained in details all functionalities of the RV on the pick-up. He also was flexible with pick-up and return time which was very helpful. I would definitely rent again.
We had an Awesome time driving to Florida and back in this RV. It was so nice for the grandchildren to sit at a table and watch tv, play on tablets, play games, eat and drink in comfort. It was awesome to be able to eat meals on the way and use the potty on board instead of stopping constantly ( We only had to stop for gas and to sleep for awhile).
This RV was great! It was very clean and in great condition. Joe was very helpful and flexible.
