- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- 1. We deliver, set up and pick up. This is the only rental option.
- 2. NO SMOKING. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a full forfeiture of the security deposit and billing for any additional expenses.
- 3. USE OF AWNING IS AT THE RENTERS RISK. Awning replacement cost will be paid by renter. Damage min cost = $3,500.
