Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 26
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awning must be rolled in if wind comes up or anytime the renter leaves the camper.
- Awning must be rolled in if a camp fire is lit within 25 feet of the camper.
- Only provided toilet paper may be used.
- Will need a 3/4 ton truck/suburban to tow this.
- Must have brake control/tow system properly installed in tow vehicle.
You are welcome to keep the camper at our house. We have a large driveway where the camper slide and awning can be extended. We will provide an outdoor carpet so you have a welcoming area to put chairs and I will provide a table for the area. We will have electric and water available. We live in a quiet neighborhood and are a couple of miles from two different river accesses.
