- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awning must be rolled in if wind comes up or anytime the renter leaves the camper.
- Awning must be rolled in if a camp fire is lit within 25 feet of the camper.
- Only provided toilet paper may be used.
- Will need a 3/4 ton truck/suburban to tow this.
- Must have brake control/tow system properly installed in tow vehicle.
