Goldie was friendly, and extremely helpful. Having never rented an RV Trailer, I had no idea that my vehicle could not tow the RV. They noticed this a few days before renting it and offered to drive it to our destination for a very reasonable fee. Without this assistance we would not have been able to use it due to my error.
