DO NOT RENT THIS VEHICLE !!! I arrived to pick the van up, the RVShare app wouldn't load. I had to trust Orion. The sliding door is buckled making it difficult to open and close. The windshield had at least 7 stars/chips. He said "Oh don't worry about those, they've been filled, it won't be a problem for you".
Orion was easy to work with and very responsive. The rig was completely clean, filled with fuel, and ready to go. It was easy to drive. The only reason I rated it 4 stars (vs. 5) was because the sliding door had an issue, and sometimes I couldn’t get it open. That was frustrating at times. Orion is getting the door fixed. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the luxury of a great vehicle!
Had a great trip with this RV rental for 2 people. Orion provided many amenities and the RV was in excellent condition. Would recommend!
