Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will result in an immediate $400 smoke removal fee.
- You must allow us 30 minutes prior to the given checkout time to unhook and remove the unit from the campground. Example: If checkout time is 11:00 we ask you be packed up by 10:30.
- A starter set of RV rated toilet tissue, etc. will be provided. If you are planning an extended stay you should plan to purchase extra supplies from either us or the campgrounds general store.
- We are not responsible for items left in the unit. We will return lost items at the renters expense.
