- Pet fee $15 per night
- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
- AVOID ADD'L CLEANING FEES - wash & put away all dishes, strip bedding & place all linens in laundry bag, empty frig & wipe out, wipe down surfaces, shake out rugs & stow, sweep floors, remove trash.
- If you choose to use the awning and there is damage, you will be responsible to pay for the repair. DO NOT USE IN HIGH WINDS. Retract at night and when not at site.
- If renter tows, renter is responsible for emptying black and gray tanks. There will be a post trip fee of $50 if not emptied.
