Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- If you're towing the trailer, your vehicle MUST be equipped with a brake controller (we do not provide this) and have a rated towing capacity of at least 8,000 lbs.
- NO smoking/vaping. Please do NOT spray anything containing artificial fragrance inside the trailer. We are very sensitive to fragrance. *Excessive cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if applicable.*
- NO off-roading. Graded gravel roads are OK. You will be charged for any damage found after the trip related to excessive roughness or excessive vibration on the trailer.
- NO festivals, and NO trips outside of the United States.
- Wipe clean counters/surfaces, sweep out, and wash dishes before returning. Dump black & gray tanks, refill propane tanks, and refill generator before returning. Failure may result in additional fees.

Both were great host! Very informative and responsive to all messages! Rv was perfect for a nice weekend getaway. Clean and had supplies for everything. They even went the extra step to provide towels and added an extra mattress top to add for comfortability. They even offered to meet us to make the pick up go smoothly! Overall great experience!
