Steffanie's rental was clean and comfortable. Staffanie is an excellent communicator and was always responsive.
We arrived prior to delivery and selected our site with water and electric. Upon delivery, there was leaking water under the kitchen sink. It was a significant amount and the delivery guy used one of only two bath towels provided to soak it up on the floor. The one roll of paper towels was soaked. Under this cabinet and bathroom sink cabinet the shelves were broken and lying loose.
Mama Carol was perfect! Communication was top notch, the camper is clean and fully equipped. The pickup process was easy and we had zero issues! Will definitely be renting her again!
Had a great time in Mama Carol! Steffanie was always attentive and even threw in a few extras for the grandkids to have fun with!
