Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or candles ($500-$1000 fee, depending on severity).
- Remove all trash before return ($100 fee), All tanks must be emptied before return ($200 fee), Bag all dirty linens ($50 fee), Empty refrigerator ($25 fee).
- Cleaner, hand soaps, dish soap, salt & pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, and the diffuser/essential oil are included for your convenience. Do not take them at the end of your rental. (fee)
- Close the awning when it is not in use. It must be closed at night. Be sure awning is secure before you drive.
- No pets allowed, sorry. We have allergies in the family. ($500 cleaning fee plus damages for pets)
