Since the KOA in Harrisonburg is open all yearlong, it makes for an excellent long-term park. The property is big-rig-friendly and easy to access off Interstate 81. Plus, there are a number of amenities here, including cabins that can be rented for large groups.
There is a lot offered at the Harrisonburg/Shenandoah Valley KOA, including a snack bar, a propane filling area, and firewood for sale. Pizza is made on-site and delivered to your site for added convenience, too. You can enjoy cable TV, fishing, a pavilion for gatherings, and even a dog park. Sites offer charcoal grills and picnic tables. You can also look forward to various planned activities throughout the year.
“Great place! Walking trail that leads into national forest trails. Cable TV works well. They have chickens that walk around. We found them interesting. The staff was really nice. We would recommend staying here.” – Sean, Google Review
