Great trip. The previous renters damaged the trailer. Owner called to inform me and to offer the option to cancel or keep the reservation. We opted to keep the rental. The outdoor kitchen was unusable but we didn't really need it for our trip. Owner apologized for the inconvenience.
Do not rent from Serafin. I truly don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others avoid the same issues I faced.
Before my trip, Serafin contacted me to let me know the outdoor kitchen door had been damaged by a previous renter.
Outstanding
I originally asked if I could pick up the RV at 5:00 pm, he said that would be too soon. I then told him I could pick it up at 10:00 pm, and that I had to pick up my friends from the airport. He told me this would work better for him. I showed up at 11:08 pm because of how long the airport took and I communicated that with him.
Upon arrival, he told me how the last renter destroyed his RV.
Very easy transaction. Would highly recommend
