This was our first time using RVShare for a rental. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. We rented Wednesday- Sunday. Once our reservations was accepted, I was asked to complete additional steps of verification which I did but then received a cancellation. Rebooked & received confirmation, frustrating but corrected.. I spoke with Kari after booking.
I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review, as I tried to resolve things with you. Your reservation was not accepted originally because your paperwork was not filled out correctly, this is not something I am in control of, paperwork is between the renter and RVShare.
Unable to use sink in bathroom as it leaks that was a bummer, told owner but no resolution. Had for 10 days so quite inconvenient. Questionable maintenance of trailer.
We had a fabulous weekend and the rental was every we needed and more!
