Earnest is amazing, punctual, thorough and a great communicator. He educated us on our first RV rental and took us through everything on drop off. He checked in during the trip to make sure everything was going well and he took care of everything when he came to pick up the RV at the end of the rental. The vehicle itself was fully loaded, spacious, clean and fully functional.
