Dealing with Kevin was easy and the RV performed very well even in the Ozarks. Kevin was extremely responsive and very knowledgeable about the RV. He provided quick and accurate assessment of how to deal with the door closing and EVAP error message we encountered making it quick and easy to address appropriately. He showed he cares about those using his RV and maintaining the RV.

We rented this RV to see what it was like to drive and hook-up an RV. Kevin did a great job explaining how to hook-up the water, sewer and electric. He also explained how the refrigerator, TV and stove worked. Actually gave us a lot of confidence that we could do it. Also appreciated that the RV had an I-pass. He was very accommodating with the pick-up and drop-off.
