First time using an RV and this was perfect for our family of 5. Great vehicle, everything was clean and worked without issue, and Zina was very helpful going over the different systems both in a video and in person. Kids and parents all had fun, would rent again.
The RV was great for our trip. You can tell it is old, but it generally worked fine. Zina communicated well and always helped out quickly if we had questions. The only negative thing I can mentioned is that the RV was not perfectly clean, mainly the kitchen drawers. I think it is hard to clean them because of the age.
Zina was my night in shining armor. We scheduled a rental from another rental and the man canceled us while we were on our flight from Chicago to Boston. When we landed we thought our vacation was ruined. Enter Zina. She rented her rv to us with about 3 hours notice. Her and her hubby were great. Got all the stuff we needed, met us and had us on our way in that short amount of time.
Excellent experience with this RV and excellent communications with its owner all along . I strongly recommend!
The RV didn't meet our expectations in terms of basic cleanliness (crumbs in cushions, stains on upholstery, damaged wood paneling, leaking sink, dirty fridge, tons of personal items left by previous renters) - the owner did accommodate by including a bike rack and letting us drop off later than normal but we couldn't overlook the issues and it impacted our trip negatively.
Unfortunately this is our first negative review. Right before this renter picked up the rv, rv got damaged by another guest before and we had to deal with damages and get it ready for this renter in order to not ruin her vacation with her family.
This was an amazing experience for our family. The RV is meticulously well maintained and Zinas instructions for how to handle and manage the RV were incredible. We will definitely want to rent again in the future!
